Interventions

A group:The micropump is pumped with dexmedetomidine at a concentration of 0.5 ug/kg/h.
B group:The same dose of sodium lactate Ringer injection was given.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients undergoing cervical spine surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Age range from 65 to 85 years old, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with allergic constitution to food, drugs, etc; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease, severe respiratory disease, history of long-term use of psychotropic drugs and cognitive impairment, improved Mallampati rating of IV, history of drug abuse, drug use, and alcohol abuse; 3.Patients or their families refuse to sign informed consent forms; 4.Language communication barriers and inability to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey; 5.Unable to continue as a participant due to various reasons such as withdrawal, death, or discharge midway.
