Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis is malignant tumor; 2. Aged 18 years or above; 3. Patients who are about to receive chemotherapy with drugs that have a moderate or high emetic risk level as specified in the guidelines of CSCO (Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology), and who have never received chemotherapy before; 4. There are no contraindications to chemotherapy in terms of blood routine tests, liver and kidney functions, and the functions of other organs; 5. Patients are able to understand and complete the scale independently; 6. Patients participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain metastases or those with cognitive impairment; 2. Patients whose pain has not been fully controlled or whose gastrointestinal reactions caused by painkillers have not been controlled; 3. Patients who have been using glucocorticoids for a long time; 4. Patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases or chronic nausea and vomiting symptoms (such as vertigo or Meniere's syndrome), and those with other conditions that may cause nausea and vomiting, such as gastrointestinal obstruction or ascites; 5. Patients who are currently undergoing other psychological treatments or taking psychiatric drugs.
