Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cholecystitis confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound, CT, magnetic resonance pancreatocholangiopancreatography, cholangiography and other examinations before surgery; 2.Pregnant women aged 18-35 years old, with a gestational period of more than 12 weeks; 3.Those in good general condition, without organic damage and dysfunction of important organs, and able to tolerate general anesthesia and laparotomy; 4. Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh A or Child-Pugh B; 5. Normal coagulation function; 6. Informed consent from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic damage and dysfunction of important organs who cannot tolerate general anesthesia and laparotomy; 2. Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh C grade; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis who need emergency surgery; 5. Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer.
