Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-episode and was accompanied by hemiplegia on one side, and the lesion was confined to one hemisphere, and the symptoms were in line with the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke" formulated by the Branch of Neurology of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018. All patients were diagnosed with ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI. 2. Duration of onset is longer than 2 weeks; 3. The MAS score of lower limb muscle tone was no higher than 2 points, and Brunnstrom's lower limb stage was from I to IV. 4. Their vital signs were stable, they had no cognitive impairments that would affect their ability to cooperate with treatment, and they were able to understand and follow simple verbal commands.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of any neurological disease other than ischemic stroke; 2. Visual impairment; 3. There are mental or other medical conditions that affect cooperation with the study.
