Control group:Colchicine: 0.5mgBID take orally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed the informed consent form prior to the start of activities related to this trial, and was able to understand the procedures and methods of this trial, and was willing to strictly follow the clinical protocol to complete this trial; 2.Male; 3.Age 18~70 years old; 4.Those who have not been relieved within 3 days of the acute attack; 5.No relevant drug treatment has been used since the onset of the disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by serious heart, brain, kidney and other organ diseases or mental diseases; 2.Those who are judged by the doctor to have poor compliance, difficulty in following the doctor's instructions, medication or incomplete case data, which may affect the efficacy and safety evaluation; 3.Those who have used glucocorticoids, furosemide, thiazide diuretics and other drugs in the past 1 month; 4.Those who are participating in or have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 3 months; 5.Patients with secondary gout.
