Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-episode, unilateral hemiplegia, aged 18-80 years; 2. duration of disease less than 12 months; 3. can understand simple instructions; 4. Level 1 of station balance; 5. no intracranial metal, cranioplasty or decompressive craniectomy; 6. willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with previous neurological diseases; 2. the trainers who could not adapt to the experiment; 3. severe cognitive impairment; 4. complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney diseases and infection; 5. contraindications to the intervention, such as (1) mental disorders; (2) Unstable vital signs; (3) Joint surface skin damage; (4) the fracture is not healed and no internal fixation; (5) bone and joint tumor patients; (6) Severe deformation of articular surface; (7) Uncontrollable infection of the articular surface; (8) situations where rehabilitation therapists think that rehabilitation training is not suitable;
