Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients are over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Patients who need to undergo hepatectomy due to liver tumors;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used anticoagulant drugs (heparin, low - molecular - weight heparin, warfarin, or other oral anticoagulants) within 30 days before the operation; 2. Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT); 3. Patients with thrombosis in both lower - limb veins as indicated by preoperative color ultrasound; 4. Patients who did not undergo physical prophylaxis during surgery; 5. For the intervention drug (Keselmine) or the presence of other contraindications to its use.
