Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The screening population had no symptoms related to urinary system infection, including dysuria, frequent urination, urgent urination, urination pain, pain above the pubic bone, fever with cystitis and other symptoms; 2. No history of taking antimicrobial drugs within one week; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The screening population had symptoms related to urinary system infection, including dysuria, frequent urination, urgent urination, urination pain, pain above the pubic bone, fever with cystitis and other symptoms; 2. A history of taking antibiotics within one week; 3. Refused to participate in this investigator.
