Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, and gender is unlimited; 2.Patients with clearly diagnosed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3.Pulmonary function GOLD grade>= 2, mMRC score >= 2; 4.Expected survival period >= 12 weeks; 5.They voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Underage patients under the age of 18; 2.Residential Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department 500ml / 6 hours, intestinal ischemia, intestinal obstruction, abdominal space syndrome (ACS), high fistula unable to feed remotely; 6.Other diseases that may affect nutritional support are suspected; 7.Show allergy to any ingredient in the experimental formulation (e. g., diarrhea, nausea,. Vomiting and stomach pain); 8.Patients who are unable or unwilling to comply with study procedures or withdraw from the study. 9.Other circumstances judged by the investigator for inclusion in the study.
