Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who need to undergo treatment and have to implant infusion ports in their upper arms or chest walls; 2.age range: 18 - 80 years old; 3.be in a clear state of mind, be able to cooperate actively, agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form; 4.the surface electrocardiogram shows sinus rhythm with normal P waves, and the heart and lung functions are good; 5.the thickness of subcutaneous fat in the part intended for the infusion port should be >= 0.5 cm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.severe and irreparable coagulation disorders; 2.infection at the surgical site or systemic infection; 3.obstruction of the superior vena cava; 4.confirm or suspect allergy to the implant material of the infusion port;
