Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Enrollment criteria for schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome] (1) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia and meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome in the 2007 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults; (2) Be between the ages of 18-65; (3) Sign the informed consent form. [Enrollment criteria for schizophrenia without metabolic syndrome] (1) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia and do not meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome in the 2007 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults; (2) Age, gender, BMI, eating habits and living area matched with the case group; (3) Sign the informed consent form. [Enrollment criteria for normal control group] (1) Age, gender, BMI, dietary habits, and the patient's spouse or no blood in the area of life and the case group healthy controls for kinship; (2) Dietary habits, drinking status, body mass index, etc. matched with the disease group;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [Exclusion criteria for schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome and without metabolic syndrome] (1) History of major neurological diseases, growth and developmental diseases, traumatic brain injury and drug dependence; (2) Exclude other chronic diseases that may affect the stability of intestinal flora, such as immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; [Exclusion Criteria for Control Group] (1) Any psychiatric disorder, growth and development-related illness that meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; Those with metabolic syndrome; (2) Have a family history of mental illness; (3) Current mental instability, such as mild depression, anxiety, neurasthenia, etc.
