18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18-65 (including those aged 18 and 65); 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of MAFLD; 3. Baseline liver fat fraction (MRI-PDFF) >= 8% or FibroScan CAP value >259; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of acute cardiovascular events, or those with a history of coronary angioplasty, stroke, transient ischemic attack, or coronary heart disease; 2. Currently taking medications that may cause steatosis/steatohepatitis (including amiodarone, methotrexate, steroids, tetracycline, tamoxifen, steroids, valproic acid, etc.);
