Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus according to the diagnostic criteria issued by the ADA in 2021, with a body mass index (BMI) of 19 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 35 kg/m^2, and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels of 7.0% <= HbA1c <= 10.0%; 2.Age range between 18 and 80 years; 3.Clear consciousness, normal cognitive function, smooth communication, capable of independent expression, and willing to cooperate; 4.All patients have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Residents with a confirmed history of acute complications or severe infectious diseases (e.g., malignancies, postoperative complications, tuberculosis, myocardial infarction, fever of unknown origin, hematological disorders, etc.); 2.Patients unwilling to cooperate; 3.Individuals lost to follow-up or those who withdrew during the study.
