Interventions

5 ml Saline Flush Group:Flush each end of the NCC with 5 ml of saline.
10 ml Saline Flush Group:Flush each end of the NCC with 10 ml of saline.
15 ml Saline Flush Group:Flush each end of the NCC with 15 ml of saline.
20 ml Saline Flush Group:Flush each end of the NCC with 10 ml of saline.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age >= 18 years; 2. Patients using newly inserted NCC as the pathway for CRRT treatment; 3. Signed informed consent for hemodialysis; 4. Signed informed consent for this project, voluntary participation, and willingness to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose catheters were removed due to incorrect handling during temporary hemodialysis catheter placement procedures resulting in vessel perforation; 2. Patients who self-remove their hemodialysis catheters due to agitation or psychiatric disorders; 3. Catheter malfunction during first use (insufficient blood flow of less than 180 ml/min); 4. Patients using arteriovenous fistula or TCC (Tunneled Central Catheter) for CRRT treatment; 5. Patients whose hemodialysis catheter was flushed with saline less than twice after enrollment; 6. Patients who undergo only plasmapheresis or hemoperfusion; 7. Patients with any medical history that may affect compliance with the protocol, such as severe mental disorders, cognitive impairments, drug misuse, or addiction; 8. Patients who have participated in any clinical drug trials within 6 months prior to the screening; 9. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the researcher.
