Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I~II; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Full-term mothers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal body temperature>37°C; 2. Pregnant women with diagnosed chorioamnionitis and GBS; 3. Use of magnesium, antibiotics or hormones during labor; 4. Serious complications during pregnancy; 5. History of long-term use of NSAIDS drugs; 6. Contraindications to neuraxial puncture; 7. Fetal abnormalities.
