Febuxostat combined with benzbromarone (experimental group):Combination use of two uric acid lowering drugs, febuxostat and benzbromarone
Routine uric acid lowering group (control group):Conventional uric acid lowering group (control group), treated with conventional doses of febuxostat or benzbromarone alone to reduce uric acid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must meet all of the following criteria to participate in this study: 1. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Diagnosed by doctors as gouty arthritis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following criteria cannot be included in this study: 1.Those who cannot cooperate with regular follow-up; 2.Due to contraindications, treatment cannot be standardized according to guidelines; 3.Within the past 3 months or currently participating in clinical trials; 4. There are cases where other researchers have determined that it is not suitable for inclusion.
