50 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 50-74 years without abdominal symptoms; (2)Have not had a FIT test in the past year; (3)No colonoscopy was performed in the previous 5 years; (4)The subjects were fully aware of the nature of the study, the relevant examination methods, and could understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous family history of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC), etc.; (2) Those with abdominal symptoms (including abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation and blood in the stool); (3) Patients with colon cancer, colon polyps, and inflammatory bowel disease in the past; (4) Populations that cannot be screened and/or followed-up.
