Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. ICU length of stay >=24h; 3. ICU transfer patients with normal communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 2. Patients who have been transferred to the ICU for two or more times; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness; 4. Patients receiving palliative care for malignant diseases; 5. Patients who give up treatment and sign to be discharged.
