Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case Inclusion Criteria: (1) Patients with clinical diagnosis of alopecia areata; (2) Age>=18 years; (3) Be able to understand and complete questionnaires; (4) Voluntary participation in this study. 2. Healthy control inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) Be able to understand and complete questionnaires; (3) Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other chronic skin diseases other than the study disease; 2. Presence of cognitive impairment and psychiatric disorders; 3. Suffering from other serious organic diseases, such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Ongoing participation in other clinical trials.
