Interventions

Control:Oral administration of a placebo powder 1 hour after lunch daily.
LG-G12 low dose group:Oral administration of 1* 107 CFU bacterial powder 1 hour after lunch every day.
LG-G12 high dose group:Oral administration of 1* 1010 CFU bacterial powder 1 hour after lunch every day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 to 65 years old (including both ends), overweight or obese people, the specific diagnostic criteria are as follows: BMI>= 24.0; b. Waist circumference male > 85cm, female > 80cm ;  c.body fat rate >= 25 % in males and >= 35 % in females ;  at least 2 of the above criteria are considered to meet the diagnostic criteria.  2.Voluntary continue to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug use: Subjects who took antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, antihypertensive drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, and other drugs within 1 week before the intervention may affect the test results.  2.Diseases: Metabolic diseases such as diabetes, gout, and hypertension and/or severe organic diseases such as heart disease were diagnosed by professional doctors; patients with digestive tract diseases (Crohn's disease, postgastrectomy, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.); thyroid and renal dysfunction.  3.those who could not eat by mouth or could not take the test sample according to the regulations.  4.Physical weakness cannot be tested.  5.Cases that other researchers believe need to be excluded.
