Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with moderate to severe psoriasis. Use of biologics approved and marketed for psoriasis treatment in our country. Achieved a PASI 50 response after initial treatment with biologics. Subsequent therapeutic decline, inability to maintain treatment goals, or PASI dropping below 50 again. Complete data records with continuous follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear diagnosis. Did not use biologics approved and marketed for psoriasis treatment in our country. Incomplete clinical data is unavailable.
