Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patient was confirmed to have dense cataract, and the SS-OCT displayed a yellow mark "!", indicating low signal quality in AL, and the mark persisted after three repeated measurements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Exclude SS-OCT biometers with green markings, indicating good signal quality; exclude severe cataracts that the AL could not be measured; exclude diseases that affect light penetration such as corneal opacity, vitreoretinal diseases, macular diseases, etc.; exclude patients with poor fixation and poor cooperation during examination.
