Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients; (2) all breast cancer patients diagnosed by histopathological pathology; (3) all received neoadjuvant therapy; (4) Metastases were confirmed by lymph node biopsy before neoadjuvant therapy; (5) Complete clinical, pathological and magnetic resonance data; (6) After neoadjuvant therapy, all completed surgery and underwent axillary lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Male patients; (2) Failure to complete neoadjuvant therapy or failure to carry out standardized neoadjuvant therapy; (3) the patient's profile is incomplete; (4) The patient underwent NAT in another hospital; (5) Magnetic resonance characteristics cannot be measured.
