Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 1 (Preparatory Stage): Knowledge, Belief and Action Investigation (1) Nurses who have worked in the ICU for 6 months; (2) Have certain experience in the nursing of patients on mechanical ventilation. Phase II (Clinical Intervention Phase): Randomized controlled trial (1) Age>=18 years; (2) The duration of mechanical ventilation treatment in ICU >=48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage 1 (Preparatory Stage): Knowledge, Belief and Action Investigation (1) Nurses who are unwilling to participate in the study; (2) Nurses who are absent from work during the investigation period, such as on leave or going out for further study; Trainee and trainee nurses. Phase II (Clinical Intervention Phase): Randomized controlled trial (1) Atelectasis has occurred before admission to ICU; (2) atelectasis due to critical illness within 24 days after admission to the ICU; (3) Those who undergo special treatment; (4) pregnant women; (5) Severe lung diseases, tumors, severe pneumonia, etc.
