Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >60 years old, femoral intertrochanteric fracture, femoral neck fracture; 2.Closed fracture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fracture; (2) Combined with serious medical disease can not tolerate surgery; (3) Multiple fractures; (4) Postoperative incision infection; (5) Pathological fracture and follow-up loss. (6) The case contains any documents that have been signed refusing to be used for medical research; (7) The patient refused to conduct the trial study; (8) Patients who planned to undergo other non-hip fracture surgery or combined surgery at the same time.
