Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: Comparison of non-invasive cardiac output and PICCO technology in patients with cardiac dysfunction Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction with cardiac dysfunction that meets established clinical criteria; 2. Simultaneously receiving non-invasive cardiac output and PICCO monitoring during hospitalization; 3.The case data is complete, including hemodynamic parameters, complication records, etc. Study 2: The impact of Phase I cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction who meet established clinical criteria; 2.Hemodynamic stability after treatment; Study 3: Non invasive cardiac output assessment of the impact of cardiac function on the prognosis of myocardial infarction Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction who meet established clinical criteria; 2.Receive non-invasive cardiac output monitoring during hospitalization; 3.There is complete prognostic follow-up data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: Comparison of non-invasive cardiac output and PICCO technology in patients with cardiac dysfunction Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heart dysfunction caused by non acute myocardial infarction such as cardiomyopathy and valvular heart disease; 2.The data is severely missing and cannot be analyzed. Study 2: The impact of Phase I cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative clinical instability with serious complications, including malignant tumors, organic diseases, coagulation disorders, mental illnesses, or autoimmune diseases; 2.Communication or sensory barriers; Study 3: Non invasive cardiac output assessment of the impact of cardiac function on the prognosis of myocardial infarction Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge with other serious diseases (such as malignant tumors and end-stage renal disease); 2.The data is severely missing and cannot be analyzed.
