Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Semi-structured interview: 1. Outpatients with positive carbon 13 or carbon 14 breath tests; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The first diagnosis of HP Positive; 4. Have good communication skills; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Wechat mini-program test: 1. Outpatients with positive carbon 13 or carbon 14 breath test; 2.Age >=18 years old; 3. The first diagnosis of HP Positive; 4. Own and be able to use a smart phone; 5.Have a third-grade primary school education or above; 6.Informed consent and voluntary participation this study. Intervention plan randomized controlled trial: 1. Outpatients with positive carbon 13 or carbon 14 breath tests; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3.The first diagnosis of HP Positive; 4.Own and be able to use a smart phone; 5. Have a primary school education of grade three or above; 6. Adopt the quadruple eradication regimen recommended in the "Fifth National Consensus Report on the Management of Helicobacter pylori Infection" of our country; 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Semi-structured interviews: 1. Those with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Those with other malignant tumors; 3. Those with severe cardiopulmonary diseases. Wechat Mini Program Testing: 1. People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Those with other malignant tumors; 3. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary diseases. Intervention plan randomized controlled trial: 1.Individuals with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Those with other malignant tumors; 3.Those with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 4. Proton pump inhibitors and antibiotic drugs were taken within one month before this visit.
