Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes 2. established or high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease 3. age =18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes, type 1 diabetes, other specific types of diabetes 2. diabetes acute complications: diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia 3. severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and malignant tumor 4. life expectancy is less than 5 years 5. Pregnancy, lactation and mental illness
