18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years old, to reduce potential complications of low-end maturity and high-end aging; 2) Low physical activity level; 3) Clinically diagnosed as pre-diabetic or newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients; 4)Body mass index (BMI) <= 28.0 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Definite or probable coronary heart disease, including positive exercise test or other clinically significant cardiovascular diseases; severe chronic or recurrent respiratory diseases; chronic or recurrent gastrointestinal problems; clinically significant urinary or reproductive system diseases, disorders or conditions; severe neuromuscular, neurological or mental diseases; severe musculoskeletal problems affecting the ability to walk or ride; major autoimmune or collagen vascular diseases; malignancies within the past 5 years except for skin cancer under controlled treatment; uncontrolled endocrine and metabolic diseases or diabetes requiring insulin or oral hypoglycemic therapy, uncontrolled thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal or hypothalamic-pituitary diseases, hypercholesterolemia or hypertriglyceridemia; blood diseases, and any other life-threatening conditions or diseases that may interfere with or be exacerbated by cyclic exercise; participation in blood donation within the past 6 weeks, or blood donation during the study.
