Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia cardiac radiofrequency ablation surgery is scheduled to be performed at an alternative time. Patients assessed as FRAIL by the FRAIL scale; Gender is not limited; Those who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are allergic to the drugs used; People with severe disorders of heart, lung, brain and kidney functions; Preoperative use of vasopressors, cardiac stimulants, and lactose intolerant individuals.
