Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 224 eligible children who were to undergo laparoscopic hernia and hydrocele surgery in our hospital were included, who met the indications of laryngeal mask, ASAI or II., aged 1~12 years, and had a BMI of 18~24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The operation time is less than 60 minutes, patients with preoperative heart, brain, lung and other important organ insufficiency, and difficult airway is not suitable for laryngeal mask placement.
