Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.By exploring the damage of OSAHS to microvascular function in hypertensive patients, it is hoped to remind the clinical inclusion criteria for hypertensive patients: (1) Patients with systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg in the consulting room according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment; 2.Or 24-hour ambulatory mean blood pressure >=130/80 MMHG, or daytime mean blood pressure >=135/85 MMHG, or nighttime mean blood pressure >=120/70 MMHG. 2. The age of the patient was > 18 years old. 3. Complete > 5h sleep breathing monitoring. 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In patients with secondary hypertension ; 2. In patients with type I and type II diabetes; 3. In patients with coronary angiography or coronary CTA epicardial coronary macrovascular stenosis > 50% ; 4. In patients with severe fundus diseases such as retinal artery or venous embolism, 5. Serious renal failure eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m^2; 6. Serious physical diseases, malignant tumors and mental and psychological diseases.
