Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of blood diseases; (2) The age of the child was 6~12 years old; (3) The parents of the child had no communication disorder; (4) Parents are the primary caregivers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous participation in an intervention study similar to a medical play intervention; (2) Critically ill patients, or those who have consciousness disorders and cannot accurately express their own thoughts, or those whose life expectancy is less than 2 months; (3) Those who have clearly existing psychological disorders and mental problems.
