65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly admitted patients after coronary artery bypass grafting in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from 2024 to 2025. 2.Age 65-80 years. 3.Accept TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) constitution assessment and rehabilitation management. 4.Willing to receive treatment and follow-up examination within the specified time. 5.Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Myocardial infarction or other acute heart disease within 2 days of onset. 2.New ischemic symptoms can be clearly observed on the electrocardiogram at rest. 3.Uncontrolled arrhythmia, and cause symptoms or hemodynamic disorders. 4.Unstable angina. 5.Decompensated heart failure. 6.Active endocarditis, subacute myocarditis or pericarditis. 7.Acute non-cardiogenic diseases, such as infection, renal failure, hyperthyroidism. 8.Acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction. 9.Quiet heart rate > 120 beats / min ( including instant rise ). 10.The patient cannot cooperate. 11.electrolyte abnormalities. 12.Bradycardia or tachycardia. 13.Systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg at rest. 14.Complicated ventricular arrhythmia. 15.Severe valvular disease. 16.Hypertrophic heart disease or other outflow obstruction. 17.severe pulmonary hypertension. 18.Patients with III degree atrioventricular block.
