Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age >=18 years old, and the ICU stay was more than 7 days; 2. Have a plan for early rehabilitation in the ICU; 3. The patient's physical condition meets the criteria for initiating early activities, and can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 4. Patients or their family members have informed consent to this study and are willing to participate; 5. The patient did not develop a frailty CFS score <=2) before admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are in a dying state or are receiving palliative care; 2. Patients with neuromuscular dysfunction caused by primary neurological and muscular diseases; 3. Patients with paraplegia; 4. Patients transferred from the ICU of a lower-level hospital; 5. Pregnant patients; patients with mental illness; Patients who are participating in other studies.
