Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: >= 18 years old. 2.Severity: Injury Severity Score (ISS) >= 16 points. 3.Time: Patients admitted to the trauma center within 24 hours after trauma. 4.Consent: Written informed consent provided by the patient or legal guardian to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic kidney disease: Patients with stage 1 or above chronic kidney disease (CKD), as these patients already have impaired kidney function. 2.Pregnancy: Pregnant women, as trauma and subsequent treatment may have other effects on the fetus and mother. 3.Life expectancy: Patients who are unlikely to survive in the next 48 hours, as these patients have immediately life-threatening injuries. 4.Other organ failure: Patients with severe liver, lung or heart diseases.
