Laparoscopic surgery patient

Interventions

Ciprofol group:Anesthesia was induced with an intravenous injection of circofol at 0.4 mg/kg, followed by a continuous infusion at a rate of 0.8-2.4 mg/kg/h until the end of surgery.
control group:Anesthesia was induced with an intravenous injection of propofol at 2 mg/kg, followed by continuous intravenous infusion at a rate of 4~12 mg/kg/h until the end of surgery.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)18-65 years; (2)BMI: 18.5-24.9 kg/m^2; (3)Scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; (4)Signed informed consent form obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)ASA classification >= III; (2)History of neck trauma or surgery;(3)Abnormal liver or kidney function;(4)Preoperative ECG indicating arrhythmia;(5)Pre-existing chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiac diseases, chronic pulmonary diseases, asthma, neuromuscular diseases) or current use of psychotropic medications;(6)Allergy or contraindication to the investigational drug or other anesthetics;(7)Refusal to participate in the study;(8)Any other factors deemed by investigators as unsuitable for trial participation

The area under a mean arterial pressure (MAP) threshold of 65 mmHg;

Time to occurrence, number of episodes, duration, and severity of intraoperative hypotension;The dosage of opioid analgesics during surgery;Pain and sedation scores within 1 day after surgery;
