Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with a severed finger, was hospitalized following replantation surgery, and had a stable condition, (2) The patient with PTSD symptoms, (3) Aged 18 years or older, (4) The patient able to use smartphones proficiently, (5) The patient provided informed consent and agreed to voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient suffering from serious chronic or psychiatric disorders, (2) The patient having previously undergone mindfulness cognitive therapy or other mindfulness-based therapies, (3) The patient having severe cognitive impairment.
