Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.At least 20 remaining teeth in the mouth; 3.No use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, or other medications that may affect periodontal tissues within the past 3 months; 4.No history of systemic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes; 5.No periodontal treatment within the past 3 months; 6.Informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor general health, poor mental state, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.Smoking or having quit smoking for less than 5 years; 3.History of orthodontic treatment; 4.Teeth with adjacent missing teeth or implants; 5.Teeth with abnormal root development (such as malformed lingual grooves, enamel pearls), those that have undergone root canal treatment, or those with restorations; 6.Root remnants or crown remnants; 7.Crowded, rotated, or overlapping teeth; 8.Teeth with significant occlusal trauma.
