Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of diabetes after kidney transplantation. World Health Organization's diagnostic criteria for diabetes: fasting glucose >= 7 mmol/L or diabetes symptoms ± random glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, or glucose tolerance (OGTT) >= 11.1 mmol/L at 2 ?. The above are all venous plasma glucose values, and fasting is defined as the absence of fasting for 8 hours before specimen collection. 2.Individuals with normal intelligence and clear consciousness; 3.I am willing to participate in this research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with previous diabetes, hyperthyroidism, acromegaly and pancreatic diseases; 2.Preoperative use of glucocorticoids; 3.Patients with acute glucose metabolism disorders caused by postoperative use of diuretics for more than 7 days; 4.Multiple organ transplant patients;
