Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing major orthopedic surgeries in our hospital's orthopedics department; 2. Agree and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 3. Age >= 18 years old and < 75 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination confirmed DVT negative;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. VTE high-risk individuals (Caprini score >= 3); 2. Individuals allergic to heparin drugs; 3. Patients with moderate to severe liver injury; 4. Individuals with a history of HIT; 5. Patients with acute endocarditis; 6. Patients with renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate100kg/W180/110mmHg); 14. Oral contraceptive pills users; 15. Late stage cancer patients; 16. Patients who received dextran or any type of anticoagulant/fibrinolytic therapy from admission to the first administration of the study drug or surgery;
