Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=60 years, 2. with clear consciousness, normal thinking, and able to cooperate with the examination; 3. Stable condition, able to cooperate with screening and evaluation; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study, cooperate with hospitalization follow-up, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a recent history of trauma, fractures, or surgery who are not suitable for exercise; 2.Malignant tumor patients; 3. Individuals with serious illnesses, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system and liver/kidney failure; 4.Individuals with severe mental disorders in the past.
