Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age range is 25-35 years old, the body mass index (BMI) is 21.70-25.72 kg/m2, postpartum 6 weeks to 12 months, ensuring that the research period is focused on the puerperium recovery phase. Both natural childbirth and cesarean section are acceptable, but it must be clearly stated that there are no major complications during childbirth. Diagnosed by a doctor as postpartum pelvic pain (in line with international standards for pelvic pain diagnosis, such as clinical guidelines for pelvic pain).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Including neuropathic pain that may be confused with pelvic girdle pain, such as lumbar disc herniation; a history of pelvic fracture or severe trauma; patients with osteoporosis or other bone diseases that may cause pain, such as sciatica; or patients who received medication or any physical training during the research process.
