Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years old< age < 75 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5-28kg/m^2; 3.ASA:I - III; 4. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to regional blockade: abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, local anesthetic allergy, etc.; 2. Long-term use of opioids or use of any painkillers for more than 3 months, history of chronic pain; 3. Allergy to drugs used in standardized anesthesia regimens; 4. Local or systemic infection; 5. Inability to use the PCA system as well as pregnant patients; 6. History of neurological and psychiatric diseases, and history of long-term use of sedative drugs; 7. Inability to cooperate with the investigator for any reason: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, do not understand the use of NRS, refuse to participate.

The area under the curve (AUC) of the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS, ranging from 0 to 10) for pain at rest at 24 hours after surgery;The Quality of Recovery - 15 (QoR - 15) score at 24 hours and 48 hours after surgery;The first pressing time of the postoperative analgesic pump;The scores of analgesia satisfaction and sleep at 24 hours and 48 hours after surgery;The incidence of nausea and vomiting in each group after surgery and the number of people treated with tropisetron;Total consumption of morphine equivalent at 24 hours and 48 hours postoperatively;The operation time of intertransverse block and thoracic paravertebral block;The occurrence situations of postoperative infection, hematoma, subcutaneous emphysema, shoulder pain, local anesthetic poisoning, etc;The time of the first rescue analgesia, the incidence rate of rescue analgesia, and the dosage of drugs used for rescue analgesia;The time of the first getting out of bed after surgery;The incidence rates of accidental puncture of the pleura, risk of paravertebral vascular injury, pneumothorax, and epidural spread caused by nerve block procedures.;PACU(Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) Stay Duration;Sensory block level assessment 15 , 30 minutes after nerve block;Surgical duration and intraoperative remifentanil consumption;
