Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years old< age < 75 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5-28kg/m^2; 3.ASA:I - III; 4. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to regional blockade: abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, local anesthetic allergy, etc.; 2. Long-term use of opioids or use of any painkillers for more than 3 months, history of chronic pain; 3. Allergy to drugs used in standardized anesthesia regimens; 4. Local or systemic infection; 5. Inability to use the PCA system as well as pregnant patients; 6. History of neurological and psychiatric diseases, and history of long-term use of sedative drugs; 7. Inability to cooperate with the investigator for any reason: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, do not understand the use of NRS, refuse to participate.
