47 Years to 102 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0: clinically confirmed bacterial presence or highly suspicious foci of infection; SOFA score >= 2; 2.Cardiac ultrasound suggesting LVEF 18 years old; 4.The patients and/or family members agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute myocardial infarction; 2.Previous history of chronic heart failure; 3.Cardiac surgery; 4.Malignant arrhythmia; 5.Pericardial disease; 6.Restriction of positive inotropic drugs; 7.Combination of severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 8. Pregnancy and breastfeeding; 9. Need for ECMO or IABP; 10.Rapid progression of the disease, within 48 hours of the start of the study, death, and can not complete the current study.
