Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gender of the case group can be male and female, and the age is 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed MG or who have not used any immunotherapy (except pyridostigmine bromide) in the past 3 months; 3. Meet the criteria for MG diagnosis: 1) Fluctuating fatigue and weakness of general or local muscle groups, such as extraocular muscles, bulbar muscles, limb muscles, etc., can be improved after rest; 2) positive neostigmine test; 3) The attenuation of low-frequency repetitive electrical stimulation is more than 10%, and the high-frequency repetitive electrical stimulation is negative; 4. Patients who understand and sign the informed consent form and can guarantee the provisions of the trial protocol and receive treatment follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the follow-up period, the use of gamma globulin, plasma exchange, other immunosuppressive therapy or targeted biologic inhibitor therapy was added; 2. Patients with severe allergies; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function and cardiac insufficiency; 4. Severe immunodeficiency; 5. Pregnant women.
