Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early severe acute pancreatitis patients with respiratory failure; 2. Mechanical ventilation; 3. P/F<=300; 4. Placement of central venous catheter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years old; 2. Pregnant; 3. With implanted pacemakers; 4. Chest wall skin injuries in the monitoring area that are not suitable for EIT monitoring.
