Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines. Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Volume" (compiled by the Chinese Medical Association, People's Medical Publishing House, 2006); 2.Clear medication history; 3.Certain incubation period; 4.The onset is sudden and the progression is rapid. 5.The rash presents as generalized and symmetrically distributed erythema accompanied by epidermal exfoliation, with Nich's sign (+), and mucosal damage. 6.With or without systemic symptoms such as fever; 7.Age: 0-18 years old. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with other severe drug eruptions or Staphylococcal scald skin syndrome.
