Control group:After the end of the infusion, follow the instructions of the infusion connector for sealing.
Observation group:The sealing technique of "Flushing-Clamping under bolus-Disconnecting under bolus"is adopted.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.Blood vessels are elastic and full; 3.The puncture site is on the forearm or the back of the hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.D-dimer>2 000 ng/mL,Prothrombin time (PT)>35 s,PLT<100×10^9/L; 2.Hypertonic fluid/blistering agent/irritant drug is injected.
