Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. RICU patients who require mechanical ventilation or need to change mechanical ventilation; Inclusion criteria for research subjects: 1. The acting decision-maker is >=18 years old and has independent capacity; 2. The agent decision maker voluntarily cooperated and signed the clinical authorization consent; 3. No cognitive impairment or other mental illness; 4. Have the ability of communication and text reading, can understand the basic content of the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: 1. Patients who can make independent decisions (such as patients who can make independent decisions for non-invasive ventilation); 2. The expected survival time of the patients was <72h. Exclusion criteria for research subjects: 1. Give up rescue; 2. Participate in other studies.
